Tara + Clay :: Hitched
Words cannot express how much I love Tara and Clay. These are dream clients for me…whimsically stylish and heartfelt, all in the same instance, just like me. Their total trust in me allowed for inspiration and much creativity to flow to the top during their big day, and man, am I excited about what I captured! I love the quirky humor in the coupling of certain images. The beauty of Clay’s mom’s gardens made for an outstanding backdrop for the festivities. The guests were full of flavor. I seriously couldn’t ask for more.
Tara’s Pronovias gown has definitely made my top 3 favorite dresses that I have gotten to photograph.

Tara is just the cutest, most adorable thing ever. I love how she is not afraid to be silly and have fun in every little moment.

The flower girl was infatuated with Princess Tara, and I think it was mutual.

Seriously. Were we separated at birth? This chick is SO DAMN FUNNY!

Gail, from Soho Salon in Denton, came to the site to rock out Tara’s hair.

Oh, the cuteness. The hanger’s alone and the dress is on!

One final look…love the lighting!

The girl’s got major personality.

While Tara was getting ready, Clay, aka Mr. Rock n’ Roll, was in Production.

What a badass, right? If anyone can make a pink bathroom cool, it’s Clay.

I couldn’t stop smiling during the whole ceremony. These two are MADE for each other.

She doesn’t really smoke (much), but I persuaded Tara to give me her best “Bad Sandy” from Grease.
You know…”Tell me about it, stud.”
Gotta light?

Clay’s mom and her crew had worked their tails off for days, weeks, and months to create this magical garden for the occasion.

I loved the characters at the reception. I was in people watching heaven!

Teacher Tara told the single men to get their booties on the flo’! Garter time!

Tara’s brothers girlfriend managed to catch the bouquet. I smell a future engagement!

Tara and Clay, my new friends, I wish you a lifetime of first dances. That’s how much I like ya.

PS—Thanks to Chad Farnum for tagging along to help out! Muchas gracias!
