Audie + Kevin :: The Big Day
When I first met Audie and Kevin, I instantly knew we would be a perfect fit. We are all a little bit country, with a little bit of rock n’ roll, very laid back, and pretty darn sarcastic. The way Audie and Kevin look at each other tells me they are soulmates in that “I know everything about you and I still love your crazy a$$” kinda way, and that is DEFINITELY something I want to photograph!
Plus, we all agreed on one thing…the photographs from their wedding were going to be treasures in themselves. Since Audie has been one of my brides who, much to my delight, has placed great priority on capturing emotion during her big day, I really really wanted to serve it up on a platter with a side of love and a couple of biscuits. I hope you think I did!
Here is their big day at The Surrey House in Downtown McKinney…
As Audie was peeking out at everyone arriving, I noticed that there was the perfect detergent to describe that moment!
To try to get to the partyin’ faster, Audie & Kevin decided to see each other before the ceremony to do some formals.
The word that comes to mind is GIDDY!
One last smooch before they meet at the altar!
Audie was driven to the front of the house to make her grand entrance.
She and her dad waited patiently for their song to play.
The fabulous and not to mention drop dead gorgeous sisters, Ally & Angie, were there for their homegirl.
The sun sure was shinin’ on Kevin that day…lucky guy! =)
